Power & Emotional Blindness

 One of the biggest challenges for me was how do I represent “You” visually? With much thought, I decided to design a simple circle face to do the trick. With it’s generic design, it could be seen as any sex and race.

Certain leaders in positions of power may exhibit emotional detachment, making them less adept at interpreting emotional cues and extracting crucial insights conveyed by those emotions. As a result, they become more vulnerable to making poor decisions based on incomplete information.

Individuals holding positions of authority often struggle to interpret emotional cues and derive essential insights from those emotions.
